Split A Large File Into Multiple Smaller One And Join Them Later Using HJ-Split

Sometimes you might just need to split your long files and make multiple smaller files. This is a common problem while sharing files online, transferring through a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or even carrying with Pen-Drive. The most common case is, you are going to send a file to a friend, colleague or family, or upload it to the Internet, that is just to large to go through without errors. Most email providers for instance limit the maximum attachment size so that you may end up with error messages when trying to send that 200 Megabyte video that you have created. Here you need to split them.

There may be multiple solutions for this issue. You may be able to compress the file for instance, depending on the file type. This works well with uncompressed file types like txt, and not at all with already compressed file types like jpg or avi. But how much you can reduce the size? Most often, people uses WinRAR but that’s not a good idea AT ALL! As your data may got corrupted via WinRAR (it’s proven). So what you can do? Here comes HJ-Split. It will allow you to split a large file and create multiple small files for easy sharing. Those files will be saved as .001, .002, .003 ……etc. extension. You can join them later via HJ-Split.
