This service is strictly available for the visitors from USA. Microsoft aims to provide high-end premium technical service offering 24/7 support section. Microsoft additionally offers the Answer Desk dedicated its retail places, where you can have a lot other physical services provide like hardware installation, software upgrades and information back-up. While this service is available only from USA, the non-USA people like me can’t even enter to the original web site  rather then it displays a page with the following info:

So what’s next of AnswerDesk? Will it be available for non-USA visitors? We can’t confirm yet but Microsoft has purchased a lot of international domains like AnswerDesk.fr, AnswerDesk.tw, AnswerDesk.jp and more so I hope this will be the future.
