NPowerTray is a free portable tool that creates a system tray icon to manage power options. If you double-click on the icon, Windows 8 will be shutdown automatically without any confirmation prompt. Right clicking the icon will let you access to all features which includes Shutdown, Reboot, Hibernate, Sleep, Lock, Log Off and some special options like Force Shutdown, Force Reboot, Force Hibernate, Force Sleep, Force Log Off, Hibernate (disable Wakeup Events), Sleep (disable Wakeup Events), Force Hibernate (disable Wakeup Events) and Force Sleep (disable Wakeup Events).
To start NPowerTray with the System, click on About from the right-click menus and then mark Start with Windows Desktop.
