Syncdocs makes your file is stay online. So you need not to worry about losing the file list of this will backup your data online. The greatest feature of Syncdocs in my word, it will automatically sync files when there will make any change. That means if you have backed up any file via Syncdocs, then whenever you made a change to the file – it will automatically uploaded to Google docs. You can access your files from anywhere. Using Syncdocs is simple and easy. Just download the file from the link provided below than installing. During installation, you need to put your Google username and password.
Then it will ask you where to install. Also, it will give you some option to set up. Such is you can make Google Docs your default PDF viewer. Press next when you're ready to proceed.
After installation, you'll see a couple of context menu (like – share on Google doc) of document files.
Click on share/open/view option from that context menu. You will see a notification on system icon.
When the uploading is finished, a dialog box will appear. It will allow you to customize your sharing option.
Then you will get a shortcut URL to share that file. Also you will see Facebook, Twitter, E-Mail sharing option here.
Your files are now stored in Google Docs. You can view/edit them online if supported.
To configure other options, see sync status, start/pause synchronization process, view recently modified documents, and open local Google Docs folder, just right-click its icon and select respective option.
Syncdocs will create context menu items to make sharing easy. You can share your files via Right Click.
It will add a new folder in your Windows favorite bar. Here you will get all files stored in your Google Docs account.
To share Google Docs documents over the network, you can use Windows file sharing feature or install Syncdocs on other nodes and then change documents access from Google Docs.
