Create Windows 8 Like Application Launcher-Bar On Windows 7, XP & Vista Via Stardock Tiles

Application Bar on the right side of Windows 8 (On demand) meets a long time desire of windows fan for a application launcher. The most interesting is the setting that lets you modify the size of the dock, it is possible to adapt the application interface to the size of your monitor, making it to occupy more or less space on the desktop. You can, for example, make the dock to be hidden automatically when not using its resources or if you prefer, make the other windows are displayed below the new bar access.
