The app allows you to place multiple shortcuts for different apps on your home screen, each set up with a different language. When you launch the application, it will display a "create shortcut" button with brief description of the application features and purpose. All that you need to do is to select your desired app, then fill the following fields with shortcut name, language, country and after done click okay.
This application will work on Android 1.5 and up.
