1st download the Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool from the link given at the end of this article. Then install it.
Creating A Bootable USB Drive
Run the Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool after installation.
Now from the home screen, select “Browse” and navigate to the downloaded Windows 8 Developer Preview iso file. Then click "Next”
Now from the next window, select “USB”
After that, you will be asked to select the USB drive where you want to have a bootable Windows 8 drive. Select your desired one and then click on “Begin Copying”. Note that your USB drive have to be larger then 4 GB.
It will now format your drive and then will start copying the files. You will get your USB drive ready for boot after some time.
Creating A Bootable DVD Disc
Just follow the steps mentioned above. Just in the 2nd step, select “DVD” instead of “USB Drive”
You will need a blank DVD and for this process.
If you are worried about Windows 8 system requirement, then you will be glad to hear that according to Microsoft, the system requirement for Windows 8 will be equal or less than that of Windows 7.

I have successfully done it a couple of times. If you want to make a simple bootable Windows XP, and if this method goes unsuccessful, try with UltraISO.
I've bookmarked this post. I couldn't download 2.5 sized Win 8 Preview version. Next month, I may take an unlimited connection of BLion. Then I'll download this gigantic file and try your post. Thanks for recommending me this post. Whatever, may I know which ISP and package you use?
