Following the tradition of giving names after a sweet food to all version of Android, Google has disclosed some official information about upcoming Android 4.1 AKA Jelly Bean. According to Google in the official announcement, the system would be the evolution of the Ice Cream Sandwich. Besides being much faster and full of innovative features, it also bring some features for more convenient usage. The keyboard has won a brand new look, getting even darker and with a simpler format for typing. In addition, the Jelly Bean has a new option called Voice Typing, which allows you to write messages using only voice commands, without even touching the gadget. According to Google, the voice resources will be available in English only at he early stages, but should receive updates as soon as possible for other languages.

With the aim to further popularize the Android, Google has prepared a number of specific features for the visually impaired on Jelly Bean. For example, the gesture features and activated with new tools and new ways making it even more intuitive while navigating the device.

Android will now advise you the best time to go out so that you will not be late for an appointment based on the way to go, for example. Another possibility is to predict the delay of a flight to perform other tasks that can be done in time. The Jelly Bean is also able to tell the time of the next bus and any other functions you need, eliminating the use of several applications available today.

NFC’s New Possibility

Enthusiasts of the NFC can now enjoy some good news as Jelly Bean promises to bring the technology right on your hand. Although not popular around the world, with the NFC people can make payments, share files and even automate daily tasks.
