If you are a heavy Google user you may like the Google bar that is displayed on top of all the Google properties. Eagle Mode is surely at least a nice ZUI demo and fun application. But it can be more. For me, the developer, it is naturally the most efficient file manager in the world, and that even since the source code had just an eighth of the present extent. Some users also reported great satisfaction. If you want to find out whether Eagle Mode could improve your life too, then you will probably have to go the cumbersome way of studying the whole user documentation, reading all the in-button help texts, and practicing all the mouse functions for some hours. However, Windows users should know that the Windows port of Eagle Mode is just a light version. It has less plugins, less commands, and the commands can handle less files at once. This comes from some programming problems.

Today we will learn how to Turn Off Disk Defragmenter Schedule, By default Disk Defragmenter is scheduled to run in the background automatically every so often in Windows 7. FairUse Wizard 3D is the key tool we will use here. It’s available as both free and pro version. It uses the DivX, Xvid, h.264, ffVFW or x264 codec to convert DVD to an AVI/MKV file. This comes from the same developer of our previously reviewed “GO SMS Pro” and “Go Contact EX”. This tool is free yet powerful Android homescreen replacement solution and you shouldn’t just pass behind this. Apart from many other cool and attractive features, it supports additional themes and widget (like message widget, Facebook widget etc.) which make this app more handy and customizable. From the get-go, GO Launcher seems similar to LauncherPro and ADW. You can have up to 3 rows of docks, which you move through by gesture-flicking left or right. If you are looking for an Android app to take full control over your phone’s volume settings, then Fine Volume Control comes for you. The app replaces your default media volume with a turn-able volume dial with a glow effect that can be used to change the device volume. Once installed, the on-screen media volume dial replaces the default media volume dialog with one that adds a turnable dial to adjust volume and an ability to change the volume level in smaller increments by using the earpiece speaker. This is available as both free and paid version.

Previously we have covered a Google Chrome extension called Smooth Gestures which adds cool navigation via mouse gesture in Chrome. There are some similar add-ons for Firefox whose will offer missing gesture navigation on Firefox too. One of them are FireGestures. FireGestures is an extension for Firefox that does all that and more. The extension lets you customize mouse gesture for any predefined function. It allows you to change how a mouse gesture appears (the line color, thickness, idle time etc.) and define specific functions using a combination of the Ctrl, Shift and Alt keys with mouse movements. The slight flaw with it is that if it reaches the last tab in a window, it starts again from the first and you can scroll till doomsday without realizing you’ve already reached the last tab but it is nonetheless a great way to switch tabs. Rainmeter is an application which will allow you to place what are called "Skins" on your desktop. These skins can measure and display a wide variety of information. Rainmeter comes with a few simple starter skins that provide a good place to start learning how to use and modify Rainmeter. On this page, we offer some recommended full-blown skin suites for Rainmeter. These skins have been designed, tested and are used by the Rainmeter community and we suggest that you install one or more of them to see what Rainmeter can really do. Opera is the most famous Mobile Internet Browser yet and it has a powerful control over PC Brower too. Opera Software regardless of that is about to release an update for the latest stable version of the Internet browser. You may recall that Opera is currently working on two different versions of the browser: First on Opera 12 the next big release and then on the maintenance release Opera 11.51 which all stable users can update to. Opera 11.51 will be a maintenance release that improves the browser’s stability on all supported platforms. Opera’s plan is to release Opera 11.51 before the next big version Opera 12.00.

There is a long way to customize Windows 7 Explorer toolbar by a editing registry and then rebooting the system and then tweaking the system again to be successful. For me it looks like a hazardous to be done. If you're not liking to follow this long steps, then there’s a simple software for you called CustomExplorerToolbar can do it for you through some single click. Yesterday one of my friends call me because the volume icon in the system tray of his PC has been disabled without any warning. So I have checked his PC. And I saw that everything is fine with the sound drive/Hartford installation. So I asked him what he have installed previously. And he said that he has installed a third party volume software and a craving for some time he found it useless. So he had uninstalled it and just after uninstallation, the volume icon has certainly been gone! I checked his registry for error and it seemed like everything okay to me. So I have decided to give the search for a solution, and after reading some softwares and tricks, I have decided to go through manual registry editing. And I had fixed this problem within a few minutes. I think I got the best solution for this problem. Without using any third party software to fix this (and create another problem) – it's better to do it manually. The clipboard acts as a temporary storage location for data that is copied to it by a computer user. The standard Windows Clipboard can only store one entry, which gets overwritten every time new data is copied. That makes some operations, where multiple sets of data need to be copied more complex than necessary. So have you ever faced this problem that you have to copy two, three (or more that) files/data from different place and Windows clipboard only stored one? So you have to copy it one by one. It has already killed a lot of my times. So I was agar for a replacement of this. But none of them looks great on my eye. It’s either to heavy to run often or it’s very dull in performance. And if everything is set, then it looks awfully boring to use. So I haven’t choose any of them.

But yesterday I came to know about ShapeShifter. ShapeShifter is a lightweight Windows Clipboard replacement that comes with a few extras that not all alternative clipboard managers offer. So I have decided to make a review and cover up this great app.

1st of all, I just want to say two things I like most about this app. One is, it’s really lightweight, even you can neglect it’s system resource use.
